This small tea cake was pressed in 2021 and is made from large leaves harvested from trees grown in the Lincang tea region, Yunnan. It’s a great entry-level tea with an accessible, easy to drink flavour. Its refreshing taste features delicate fruity and floral notes, transforming into a lingering honey-sweet aftertaste. It has a medium body with a pleasant astringency, and its liquor is bright gold-yellow. The cake is medium-tightly pressed. We recommend prying it using a tea prick or knife.
